- **Q: TIMG高精密主轴轴承使用注意事项**
  A: ● 保证轴承存放位置清洁、干燥。去除包装的轴承应注意防锈和防污，安装前将手清洗干净后涂布一层干净油脂以防污染轴承； ● 与轴承相接触的零件应进行退磁处理； ● 多列组合使用时，选用内外径尺寸公差值相近的轴承； ● 多列组合使用时，轴承组所受轴向负荷小于卸荷力，卸荷力与轴承受载状况及预紧力有关，详情咨询TIMG； ● 轴承隔圈应使用高等级钢材制造以获得45~60HRC的硬度，两端面平行度误差控制在2μm以内； ● 推荐预紧力范围240~860N，预紧力调节可通过调整内外隔圈高度差，具体调整方案请咨询TIMG。
